Hey beloved! Happy to have you stop by my little corner of the world where I always like to keep it raw, honest, and real. I'm a spicy Latina girly-girl with a twist of tomboy that isn't afraid of much. Throughout my life that lack of fear has always landed me one of two places. Down the wrong road, or down the right road after taking every single wrong turn possible to get there. What can I say, I'm directionally challenged in the car and in life. But I consider it one of my greatest blessings to have done life backwards and upside down because opening up about my experiences connects me with you. I talk about everything from mini rants on mom life, to heartbreak in abusive relationships, and somehow going from tragically single to manifesting an unconventional happily ever after. Fashion, beauty, fitness, reviews, reality TV, and of course let us not forget reluctant adulting. If you're thinking about it but you don't want to say it, I'm usually talking about it. Having said all that, my mantra and the biggest message I can ever give is a simple one. #WeGotThis

S3 EP 224 : RR REWIND Ask Riley - What's The Biggest Fight You and Marshall Have Ever Had?

1/29/2025
If I'm being brutally honest I truly debated whether on not to answer one particular Ask Riley question for today's episode. I even considered editing it out after I told the story because there are a few things that are truly sacred in life. One of the most sacred being my marriage. However, after a heart to heart with the husband I decided to keep it very true to the promise of keeping it REAL here on Really Riley and answer this question in the most respectful way I know how. I also feel the need to add that the listener that sent the question in is very newly married, and I think being transparent about the ups and downs that happen after "I DO" is just as important and inspirational as any of the other raw stories I will tell on this podcast. So my hope is that you draw some commonality from me putting it all out there. Erin realized from a relatively early age that she wasn't having the best luck in relationships but she was certain she wanted to be a mother and raise her children in as calm and enrichment as humanly possible. So rather than wait for the perfect person to come along and risk the chance of her fertility taking the chance at motherhood from her, she went on an IUI journey that resulted in her beautiful son, and later and IVF journey that gutfed her a second baby boy. S3 EP 128 : RR REWIND How To Deal with ADHD Paralysis

1/21/2025
This may be a bit of a throwback, but lately my ADHD has been rearing its ugly head at the worst possible times. So hopefully if you are in the same boat these tips and trick can help. In my experience ADHD is the type of disability that often gets overlooked or even discounted all together by those closest to you. Growing up getting that diagnosis meant that you were just hyper or you could sit still. Now having been diagnosed at the age of 38 I realize just how unfair and isolating it is to have your brain function identity than others and not truly understand why. In this episode I discuss the signs that you may be experiencing ADHD paralysis, its effects on everyday life, and tips on how to efficiently navigate through it. I also give the actual ADHD Self test checklist that my therapist used to help me find a diagnosis. My hope is that this podcast can also help steer you in the right direction and arm you with some knowledge of similar experiences when speaking to your doctor. #WeGotThis reallyrileypodcast.com Become A Part of The #WeGotThisArmy FOLLOW ME ON SOCIAL Instagram @rileycouture @reallyrileypodcast @houseofwbyriley TikTok @rileycouture7 @reallyrileypodcast @houseofwbyriley YouTube @reallyrileypodcast Learn more about your ad choices.
