So, lets break it down and do this exercise with your loved ones so you're not carrying it all.

Things are weird right now, so my main goal during this time is to just be your friend and let you know you're not in this alone. Every day I am going to release a short 15-20 min podcast where we can stay updated and talk about things. On today's short lil episode I wanted to say that, I see a lot of people taking this time to level up and crank up the self development goals, which is great! But, it's also okay if you are just trying to keep your sanity. ALSO, we're allowed to feel all the feelings. Be grateful and be annoyed at your kids. They can co exist. Finally, how can we give back to our health care providers? They didn't ask for this...
