Within six days, thermo baric bombs will be dropping on the city, obliterating everything. Adam Blake has no choice but to lead the inhabitants of the Block out of the city and through a hostile world devoid of human life. Their only chance of safety lays over five hundred miles away in the cold wilds of Scotland. As they put distance between them and the impeding bombing, Adam fears failure the most. With his past experience and losses weighing him down, he struggles with the ability to get this motley crew to safety.
