The deportation of El Salvadoran man living in Maryland, Kilmar Abrego Garcia, has garnered a lot of attention from both parties and the American public. Garcia has been accused of being a member of the international gang MS-13 by immigration courts but the Trump Administration still describes his deportation as an administrative mistake and has no intentions of facilitating his return. Democrats are up in arms about the deportation citing a lack of due process but Republicans are praising the move calling it a focus on the safety of Americans citizens. Today is officially Tax Day, and parts of the tax code have changed significantly over the years.
