President Trump said last week that the Kremlin occupation of Crimea is not being discussed right now, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that the occupation is a "done deal." Russia does not "negotiate its own territory," Lavrov said.
