The First Annual Capt. Jack Casey Memorial 5K Benefit Run and Walk will be held on Sunday May 25th starting at 9am at St. Thomas Aquinas High School on Dover Point Road in Dover, NH. Capt. Casey was tragically killed in a crash in a Marine Corps helicopter back in February of 2024 with four other crewmen while on active duty. This 5K will help fund a secondary education scholarship for local high school seniors as well as cadets at Virginia Military Institute in Lexington Virginia where Capt. Jack Casey attended. The group " Don't Trash Dover" is holding its 2nd Annual Power-of-an-Hour city-wide litter clean up day in honor of Earth Day. Earth Day was April 22nd but this Dover Clean-Up Day will be Saturday April 26th starting at 9:30a.
