The ignorance of attempting to fix it when the ramifications were unknown, has resulted in chaos, confusion, inconvenience and trauma for women who need abortions. In many cases viability of the embryo dictates an abortion.
Also important is the fact that medical decisions were taken out of the hands of physicians. That is a “No, no”!
The book also addresses the issue of poor ethics in the Supreme Court as this was also a factor in overturning Roe, as was arrogance.
