This month on The Keep Slack Album Club I'm joined by Slack City DJ Bo (Bo’ BeatRoot Jam) so talk about one of her favourite albums Malcolm McLaren’s 1994 album ‘Paris’. As well as talking about the album we also talk about Bo growing up in Yugoslavia, the country’s break up, the night the bombings started and how she managed to leave. It’s not all doom and gloom though. Bo is a wonderful storyteller and has some very funny stories to tell. We also discuss whether McLaren was gifted or a grifter, meeting Bob Geldolf in a Chelsea boutique and Miles Davis film scores, press play now...
