This year’s March Madness is soured by the terrible ACL injury to JuJu Watkins. Sadly, the tournament must go on for USC and heavy-hearted NCAA fans alike. On the bright side, Paige Bueckers tied a career high for points in a game and UConn looks like they’re on a mission. Michaela and Vanessa are joined by the NSL’s first-ever signing – AFC Toronto forward Jade Kovacevic – who gets to throw out the first pitch at a Blue Jays’ game! The Champions League final four is set: Arsenal v. Lyon & Barcelona v. Chelsea. Michaela and Vanessa celebrated the 200th episode of She’s Got Game by attending a Toronto vs. Montreal PWHL game at Place Bell in Laval and they got to experience a truly special moment. Meanwhile, Ottawa gives up six unanswered third period goals in a tough home loss to New York.

The Ottawa Charge can’t hold a lead, sit outside of the playoff picture and lose star netminder Emerance Maschmeyer to injury in the same game she becomes the first PWHL goalie to record 1000 career saves. It’s women’s history month so Michaela and Vanessa name their women of the week. They’re also joined by Teresa Resch, president of the WBNA expansion Toronto Tempo, who has a major announcement regarding team ownership.
