This week on VGK Today Dan D'Uva and Gary Lawless check in to chat about the final stretch for the Golden Knights and look ahead to the NHL postseason. They discuss the current standings for Vegas and what the Knights need to do to clinch the division down the stretch. Then they look into the current NHL playoff format, speak about rumblings of potential changes, and outline how expansion may impact the format in the future. Afterwards we listen in to a piece of Dan's pregame conversation with Shea Theodore from Chicago to check in with the VGK blue-liner in his early return from injury.

This week on VGK Today Daren Millard catches up with VGK captain Mark Stone. The pair chat about the stretch run for Vegas and the goals the Knights want to achieve during their playoff push. This week Shane Hnidy catches up with Chris Jones, the Senior Video Producer for the Golden Knights. Chris discusses how he got his start with the VGK, what it's like traveling with the team, and what he sees as the most fun aspects of his job. Afterwards we hear from Reilly Smith and go around the VGK locker room to hear what his teammates had to say about Reilly's return to Vegas.

This week Ashali Vise speaks with Gary Lawless who gives us a pulse of the VGK at this point of the season. The pair chat about Vegas' leadership group in the locker room, antics with Gary that keep the mood light, and trade deadline memories with this year's deadline just over one week away. We then listen in to Bruce Cassidy's comments to the media from Wednesday afternoon regarding the loss against the Kings and hear from Tanner Pearson ahead of his 700th NHL game, which he'll play in on Thursday night against the Blackhawks.

Today we preview the 4 Nations Face-Off final between the U.S. and Canada. We start by recapping Monday's action, documenting Canada's 5-3 win over Finland and the Americans' 2-1 loss to Sweden. We then check in with key players from both sides ahead of the game as we hear from Team USA's Jack Eichel and Noah Hanifin before switching over to Team Canada and getting input from Mark Stone.

On today's show we check in as the 4 Nations Face-Off shifts to Boston. We recap Saturday's games including an OT thriller between Sweden and Finland and an intense battle between the U.S. and Canada. This week on VGK Today Ashali Vise catches up with Vegas Golden Knights Foundation Chief Community Officer and President Kim Frank to discuss Maverick's departure from the VGK and his next steps toward becoming a service dog. Kim details her experience with Maverick over the last year, how he's become ready for this moment, and where he may potentially land after his official service dog training with America's VetDogs.

VGK Today is back for 2025 and to kick off the new year we bring in Gary Lawless and Shane Hnidy for a midseason check-in with the Golden Knights at the halfway point of the regular season. The pair discuss the strengths of the VGK to this point of the season, how a long summer may be aiding their early form, and any potential concerns or questions that remain for Vegas that will need to be solved as we draw nearer to the postseason.

This week Dave Goucher catches up with Adin Hill to talk about the holiday season and the spot the VGK are in heading into the Christmas break. The pair chat about holiday shopping amidst the busy NHL schedule, Adin's brother Garrison visiting him this month, and the team's recent form. We also get to know the newest Golden Knight Tanner Laczynski after he was called up from the Henderson Silver Knights.

This week Dan D'Uva helps give us a look at the Holiday Knights of Giving as the Golden Knights give back to the Las Vegas community during the month of December. Listen in as Cole Schwindt and Keegan Kolesar chat about their time at the Donna Street Community Center for the KABOOM! playground design day as well as Keegan's work with Adam's Place, a non-profit that aids youth who are experiencing loss. Then Nicolas Roy and Victor Olofsson discuss their work at the Desert Breeze Community Center working with Three Square to pass out food to 300 families. All the guys wrap things up by sharing what the Christmas season means to them.

Bruce delves into what his role will be serving on Jon Cooper's staff for Team Canada, his excitement for being around great players, and the significance of the Golden Knights having seven players selected to the tournament rosters.
